    Travel Corporation (India) Limited, India’s premier destination management company, seeks a CTO to lead the technical evolution of our mission-critical travel management platform. You’ll oversee our in house digital capability while driving strategic architecture decisions on platform and capability expansion.

    The role combines hands-on technical leadership with long-term roadmap development for next-generation DMC technology, as we look to infuse AI both into our practices and out platform features.

    We need a technical leader comfortable balancing operational excellence with innovation, translating complex travel industry requirements into robust, scalable solutions. This role offers significant impact at India’s market leader in destination management.

    This position reports to the MD & CEO.

    The candidate needs to have a demonstrable record across the following responsibilities:

    Product & Platform Delivery
    • Oversee platform evolution while balancing feature delivery with technical health.
    • Lead and mentor cross functional teams while fostering a collaborative, learning-focused culture of excellence.
    • Provide hands-on technical leadership: code reviews, architecture decisions, troubleshoot complex problems (performance, database optimization, system design).
    • Partner with Product to prioritize roadmaps; drive delivery through clear outcomes, rapid iteration, and technical feasibility assessments.
    • Establish and enforce SDLC best practices and drive AI adoption across our development lab across development, testing and prototyping.
    Technology Strategy & Architecture
    • Define a multi-year technology vision, aligned with corporate strategy and market dynamics.
    • Drive build vs. buy decisions; rationalize legacy systems; plan modernization and tech debt remediation.
    • Drive data strategy and AI/ML operationalization: governance, analytics, model lifecycle, responsible AI practices.
    • Own cloud strategy scalability, cost optimization (FinOps), and performance.
    Security, Risk & Compliance
    • Accountable for security posture, incident response, vulnerability management, and secure SDLC.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks as applicable.
    Financial & Vendor Management
    • Own technology budget including cloud spend optimization and ROI tracking.
    • Negotiate and manage strategic vendors, contracts, and SLAs; minimize lock-in risks.
    Governance & Communication
    • Establish technology governance (architecture review boards, decision registers, risk logs)
    • Provide transparent reporting on delivery, risk, and value to executive team and board.
    Key Skills & Technologies

    The Revenue Manager will be responsible for analyzing market trends and optimizing pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability across supply chain of Hotels, transport or airlines. The role requires expertise in market mapping, growth analysis, analytics, BIQ tools, and hotel allocations. The incumbent will ensure complete due diligence in dealings with hotel, experience providers, airline partners and contribute to strategic decision‑making that enhances business performance.

    Key Responsibilities

    Delivering comprehensive training on the company’s proprietary software and other learning modules to employees and new hires. Ensures that teams understand product functionality, new feature enhancements, and troubleshooting techniques.

    Specific responsibility / day to day activities
    • Training Delivery : Conduct structured training sessions (classroom, virtual) for new and existing employees on company software products and other learning modules.
    • Content Development
      • Create, update, and maintain training materials including manuals, SOPs,presentations, videos, product guides, and FAQs.
