    Brief outline of the Roles & Responsibilities
    • To ensure adherence to the defined quality standards with respect to empanelment of all suppliers / partners including guides and transport.
    • Responsible for the overall performance of the branch with a focus on people and supplier management.
    • To ensure all queries raised by FHE(s) pertaining to services in the given geographical area are responded to, within the given time limits by the concerned SPOC.
    • To contract /negotiate rates with indirect suppliers including Transporters, Activity providers, highway motels, local restaurants, guides and other unstrcutured suppliers.
    • To monitor the contractual commitments on a regular basis.
    • Assist Central procurement with negotiations with direct suppliers like hotels and activity providers.
    • Guest Relations – Provide M&G services to the guests arriving into the city and also meet the tour leaders leading the groups. Handle exigencies of all kinds that may take place locally.
    • Support QC team in investigating and addressing client complaints, if any.
    • Ensuring compliance and adherence to all financial processes like – Cash Management with the Branch Accountant, voucher approvals, verification of vendor bills, timely dispatch & timely payments to all stakeholders.
    • Overall Branch Administration – general upkeep of the office, payment of monthly bills pertaining to rent, maintenance, electricity and any other items.
    • Driving Class by Sita and ensuring implementation of technology initiatives
    • Maintain PR with tourism departments and other local bodies and liaise with hotels, transporters, guides and other service providers in the region on a regular basis and maintain a good PR with them.
    • To keep all team members PAN India informed of latest developments in terms of product / supply chain update.
    • Ensure enhanced synergy and co-ordination between the branch office(s) and other North India offices.
    • Ensure financial control of the branch and submission of monthly reports to finance and HOD, as required.
    Eligibility Criteria
    • Graduate/PG in Travel & Tourism
    • 6-10 years of industry experience
    • Proficient in costing, rate contracting and state tax structure is a must.
    • Ability to communicate articulately, clearly & concisely, verbal as well as written.
    • Ability to operate independently and collaboratively and have a strong, dynamic working style and a team player.
    • Ability to think strategically, see the “big picture”, recognizing impact of decisions on the business and pay attention to details.
    • Strong analytical, planning and organization skills.
    • Methodological and rigorous in documentation-highly organized, driven and results oriented.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills & system knowledge.
    • Must have good negotiation, coordination and PR skills.

    Job description: Inviting applications from enthusiastic candidates for ‘Travel Operations’ role based in Gurugram and Mumbai. The candidate must be a post-graduate / graduate with 2 – 8 years of relevant experience in the travel industry. He/she must have work experience in a similar role.

    A brief of the duties & responsibilities is as follows:
    • Process and manage bookings to hotels/airlines/train/Safaris.
    • Well-versed in designing of itineraries and costing.
    • Whenever necessary, negotiate for better rates with hotels for specific movements.

    Job Description
    Must-Have
    • Software development experience which includes 2 + years of deep, hands-on experience with React Js
    • Good understanding of frameworks like Bootstrap, Backbone, React JS, Redux, and libraries like jQuery, LESS, and Ajax
    • Knowledge of automation testing frameworks (Mocha, Jest, or others)
    • Experience with browser-based debugging and non-performance software
    • Strong understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing languages, such as LESS and SASS
